Saw Dr Alejo for a spinal injury and he sent me for an MRI but then it was impossible to get him on the phone to discuss the results. The office staff was horrible, kept saying first that I had to come in for results, then they finally emailed the MRI (had it at the Total Orthopedic office) and I called each day asking to speak to him and nothing. Had to put the results into ChatGPT for interpretation. Never going back, very disappointing.
