Dr. Villani performed cataracts surgery to restore sight to my right eye. Comparing this surgery with my previous one (left eye), I must admit that this one was absolutely painless. In fact, I barely remembered any of it at the conclusion of the procedure. Naturally, the use of mild “twilight” sedation helped, and I strongly recommend it.
