Office staff is friendly and helpful... Doctor :( I will not post my entire story but in my opinion he was cocky and confident when he explained my procedure, then uncaring and cruel during my painful procedure for Essure ... even said I was "being a baby" when I complained about the pain (2012) Won't go back EVER (BTW apparently some doctors believe women can't feel anything above their cervix... this is NOT true for every woman!!!) Dr Gonzales was very informative when it come to my pregnancy. A lot of ppl call him cocky I just call him confident and honest! I ate what I wanted and tried to lie about why I had heartburn lol he chewed me out once I finally told him what I was eating lol....He delivered my daughter and was very calming while I freaked out from a hospitals mistake. If I have more children he will definitely be my go to guy.
