So I switched over to this clinic and it was my first time there. So they have 2 clinics one in Florence for peds and the other on Seville for adults. The one in Florence is all over the place, so this clinic makes you wait for over an hour even with appointments makes no sense. I was a walk in an I was waiting one hour just to check my medical they told me I had a patient ahead and it was a lie a lady walked in after me and she got seen first.
