I just received a call from a young man from his office that used a very unpleasant and unprofessional tone when he spoke to me. Twice! The first time we spoke (before my first visit) he spoke to me as if he didn't really want to and I ignored it. This time when he spoke he sounded as if he was doing something he didn't want to do. Also when I asked him to repeat himself, he spoke to me very slow as if I would hear and understand him better. Desde hace 17 años, la oficina del doctor Luis arias Urdaneta he tenido muy buenas experiencia, me ha controlado muy bien la artritis así trabajan excelentes personas tienen mucha empatía con el dolor Agradecida por siempre, con todos los que trabajan con el Dr como Adriana y Zully, excelentes seres humanos.
Update August 21st, 2026. Visited Dr Arias with a family member. He had some complicated patients before us and we felt that he gave us 100% attention when he got to us and answered a multitude of questions. He went out of his way to find some exercises on the internet that were difficult to download and he did it himself He is so appreciated. His sister also a nurse here is wonderful.
