I had scheduled an appointment a year ago for August 2024… I waited for a year… I received a voicemail yesterday stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled due the Dr. not being available. So when I called to get it rescheduled, I was told the next available appointment was in June 2025…. Absolutely unacceptable. I wasted a year of my life in pain not being able to be seen by anyone and then when my appointment gets close, it gets cancelled and the next available appointment is not for another year.. I went to many doctors over a two year period. I was so sick and could barely walk. Then I found Dr. Bernabela. He saved my life! He diagnosed me, started medication, and closely followed me until my symptoms were well managed. I would highly recommend him and his staff. They are kind, professional, and highly skilled.
