I was turned down by Dr. Oroczo because he refused to use the VRI (video relay interpreter). He wanted to use his own interpreter,..(by the way I'm deaf) A nurse came to us and told us to reschedule for one afternoon in Mesquite (that's two hours drive) because his "own" interpreter wasn't available.?? We drove an hour and half to Rowlett for nothing. Anyway, reason why no VRI because it's expensive and my Medicare wouldn't cover. 🙄😡 Also, he's very cheap and I wouldn't let him touch me.
Had some back pain and he got me in quickly. Staff are friendly and professional. Had surgery and no more pain. Thank you!!
I was referred to Dr. Orozco by my primary care and my brother. Ive had a messed up spine with moderate to severe pain for many years and other doctors just wanted to do injections that never worked on me! I was tired of the continuous chronic pain and being shuffled from one doctor to another! Made my appointment as new patient and was seen within 3 weeks. I met the doctor he didnt say a whole lot other than he wanted to help me and he was going to order a new MRI test. I had that done, saw him within 2 weeks and he showed ... read more
