Please read the full review: This office staff and Physician (Dr. Orozco) are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Visited twice and will NOT return for any future visits. First, this office never reached out to schedule an appt after referral was sent by my PCP. I called this office a week later for them to tell me, they did not receive a referral, paused for 30 seconds to check their inbox, and it was in fact that they did actually receive the referral. Dr Orozco and staff have been wonderful! He doesn’t jump on the “let’s do surgery “ wagon. He takes a “one step at a time “ approach (which is hard when you’re in pain all the time) but surgery should always be the last option. He is very caring and listens to you. If you pay attention to him, you can see his brain working on what is the next best step for your situation! I trust him. Other Doctors respect his work and integrity. (Praying your pain is resolved soon.). He’s a great Doctor!
Dr. Orozco and his team are amazing! I went to the wrong location and although I arrived late for my appointment, they waited and were SO KIND about it! Dr. Orozco sat down and patiently explained everything on the MRIs and developed a plan for consult and follow-up. He also addressed the pain I've been suffering with for years, that my own rheumatologist ignored. He and his team are amazing from start to finish. You cannot go wrong with this group!
