I was admitted to the hospital for severe back pain and was supposed to have this neurologist round on me during my stay. He never showed up, and I was given an appointment for outpatient instead. I got discharged and went to my appointment a week later. I didn’t have insurance but I PAID with card to be seen. After waiting in the room, his assistant tells me he’s decided to not take my case. I don’t understand why. I just needed a specialist to come review my MRI, the severity of my disc herniations, and to tell me what my ... read more

I have no clue what Dr. Ludwig is like because his office is very poorly run. The physician's assistant 100% dropped the ball at my first appointment. By the time she got around to doing her job, an entire week and one day, I had found another specialist. If they can't get past the first step in the process they are not gettng near my spine or my brain.

I think that Dr. Orozco and his assistant are great, however I have to agree with some of the posts that said the Office staff have been rude and lacking the ability to make appointments either to see them or make appointments for MRI's or X-rays or other Doctors for that matter. Dr. Orozco and assistant were great at the hospital I was in when I broke my back and had ACDF infection in which I spent about a month in that hospital. If there was a 3 1/2 star rating that's what I think he deserves, because your staff can make y... read more

I was turned down by Dr. Oroczo because he refused to use the VRI (video relay interpreter). He wanted to use his own interpreter,..(by the way I'm deaf) A nurse came to us and told us to reschedule for one afternoon in Mesquite (that's two hours drive) because his "own" interpreter wasn't available.?? We drove an hour and half to Rowlett for nothing. Anyway, reason why no VRI because it's expensive and my Medicare wouldn't cover. 🙄😡 Also, he's very cheap and I wouldn't let him touch me.
