My husband and I are relatively new patients for Dr. Kamenetsky. We are very impressed with her professionalism and compassion. The staff is very thoughtful and goes the extra mile to see that our needs are met.
Bad customer service! I signed up for a week, said that I would pay myself and my insurance does not cover their clinic, and they signed me up. But 1.5 hours before the appointment, they called and said that they did not accept new clients without insurance. This is disrespect for clients, indifference to people, to refuse to see a doctor in this way!

Dr. Kamenetsky has been my internist since Dr. Herman Lapin retired. Dr. Lapin was a wonderful internist and I was concerned that my level of care would go down. However, Dr. Kamenetsky has taken superb care of me even during the COVID pandemic. I trust her and recommend her wholeheartedly.
