Dr. Dey is a horrible dr. She is rude, ignores what you say she told me I didn't know what I was talking about she told me to stop calling her office to get my results she needs to retire and be ashamed of herself for being rude and not let her patients talk.
Messed up my Fathers health. Kept raising his insulin every visit. She isn’t qualified to be a doctor! Don’t use her for anything .
Honestly I got nothing negative to say about doctor Dr. Dey. Finally, I found an endocrinologist; that understands me! She’s all about taking care of her clients and being professional.
Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Dey herself is terrific. The issue is her horrendous support staff. They're unbelievably rude when you call for anything. When my prescriptions need to be refilled, they don't follow up with the insurance company or the pharmacy. It's gotten so bad that I'm now seeing a new doctor due to the fact that I can't even get my prescriptions filled. I'd recommend Dr. Dey herself- she is terrific, but she really needs to clean her administrative house.
