About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with PMR. I was scared & didn’t know what to do. A Dr prescribed Prednisone & sent me on my way. I found Dr Shore SHEIN when searching online & thought a place with the name Sunshine Wellness was for me:) That was in 2023 it is now 2026 & I am off of prednisone & taking Kevzara & I feel like a new person compared to 3 years ago. she didn’t just prescribe medication, she guided me on how to eat, what supplements to take and made me feel like she was a partner in my health journey. Horrible customer service. They asked for a full upfront payment for my mother's visit in mid October, 2025, despite she has Medicare which would cover 80% of the cost. To this date (it has been 3 months already) we still have to get reimbursed for the difference. I have called several times to no avail. The staff is super rude and unhelpful, when they answer the phones, that is. My mother was not impressed with the quality of the service she received from the doctor either. Stay away from this practice.
Dr. Shore-Schein has helped me tremendously! She is amazingly thoughtful and smart and caring. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr Shore - Schein for more than 6 years, prior to seeing her, I was followed a Rheumatologist who seemed he was limited to only what he understood from the Drug Representations. I needed an MD who is a Functional MD and has an understanding of alternative treatments, DR Shore- Schein is that type of MD. I have seen many, many physicians and other care providers over the years, and Dr. Shore-Schein is one of the very best. She listens closely. Genuinely closely. Which can be particularly tough with vague symptoms, but she does it, and then she connects the seemingly disparate dots. She is obviously very smart, and is well informed on the latest research and health options. She balances knowledge with curiosity - helping me to try things and adjust as we go.
