Alyn delivered my baby and I had a wonderful experience with her! She was very kind and supportive:) however my son was supposed to be circumcised which Dr. T said they only do at the OB office and up to 28 days old. I called the day after I gave birth and they scheduled my son to get circumcised at 24 days old which I didn’t love but accepted the appointment. I absolutely love the doctors! We experienced poor communication and a lack of helpful support from the medical assistances’s over multiple interactions. Despite calling several times and speaking with staff, we received minimal assistance, leading to delays in care. I hope the practice improves its patient communication moving forward
Best care and child birth experience. They staff was courteous and kind. My delivery was easy. The doctors listen to my concerns and provided me with excellent service. Doctor T is like family now!!
Highly recommend finding a practice with providers that actually care about their patients. After dealing with a painful issue for 6 weeks I came here (not a new patient) explained my situation & discomfort, they ran some test and put me on an antibiotic. I was told I would hear back about my results and did not, so I called to check in after finishing my medication and still experiencing symptoms. I went there with my second pregnancy. I felt I didn’t receive proper care at all. Will not return. I recommend finding a different provider
