I can't believe these glowing reviews for one moment. Years ago my late mother was deteriorating quickly. I had to step in and care for her. She had Chou as a physician. This woman was ridiculous. Would leave my us waiting for 2 hours, and when I said something about it, she would get defensive and say she was caring for someone at the hospital. Her receptionist was a rude, ugly woman. I was a patient of Dr. Chou for many years. I found her to be very thorough to details. I'm no longer a patient of Dr. Chou because I moved out of state. With that, I felt comfortable making an appointment for my dad. I made the appointment for my dad, a month in advanced, and on the morning of the appointment, he was told that dr. Chou is not accepting new patient. That is just unacceptable. You don't do something like that. Dr Chou was my PCP. I have been a patient for years and called to ask advice regarding the results of a blood test that another dr ordered and was told she didn’t order the test and therefore didn’t want to discuss it and ended the conversation.
