Hands down the best doctor of any specialty I’ve ever been to. Being diabetic is a constant battle, at least it is for me. Every thing I do impacts my blood sugar. Dr Heller has always shown compassion for that and never made me feel like a failure (as others had). His willingness to go the extra mile to help me succeed resulted in an A1C reduction from over 10 to 6.2! I feel like he saved my life!!
I felt I needed to do this today. I have been with Dr. Heller for years. (Type 1 diabetic. ) I cannot say enough good about him, he is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, even when my A1C is not good he will come up with a wonderful game plan, this man goes above and beyond. I worked as a nurse for 19 years prior to that a CNA..so I have been around alot of Dr's. He is just the best!!!!

This doctor lied to me multiple times. I was seeking treatment and have the blood work to prove I’m clinically in need of it. Heller was very nice to me in person, listening, and explaining things thoroughly. Not only did he tell me the metrics of how he decides to give treatment (the Endocrine Society’s guidelines) but also said if I had any personal questions I could always come back very soon since I was now a patient (it took me six months to get the appointment).
