Dr Balis is always upbeat, professional, helps me with my current health issues or refers me if it is not his speciality. Sheila, his nurse, is the perfect nurse. The front desk staff is always nice and helpful. The lab has the best phlebotomist in the state. The waiting time is normally minimal and I never feel rushed.
Excellent Doctor, with a great bedside manner. Dr. Balis actually talks with you and more importantly he listens. A+++

Always seems to be in a hurry to get to the next patient, even if you have a lot of questions. He talks fast, so sometimes you have to tell him to slow down and repeat what he just said. His usual solution to everything is another prescription. If an aspirin has the same benefit as a $100 pill, he prescribes the pill.
Very inappropriate! Threatened to "spank" me if I didn't lose weight. I was so creeped out, I never saw him again
Dr Balis is funny but when a serious problem comes up he is very attentive. He always spends an appropriate amount of time with me and his nurse Shelia is great as well. I am always comfortable with both of them and they make a great team. I always recommend Dr Balis to anyone that doesn't have a primary care physician.
Dr. Balis is a bit of a joker but he is an excellent doctor!
Dr. Balis and his staff have always been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He's one of the few doctors I've been to that I felt actually listened - and listened on a consistent basis, patiently. He always tried to help - always, and that with a willing heart is really not much more that you can ask from a doctor. His staff has always been super helpful, as well.
He likes to bs too much and gets offended if you question him. Doesnt like dealing with hard issues
