We brought our 3-year-old grandson this week for his first visit to the dentist after he bopped his teeth and one tooth had loosened. I deeply respect and value good customer service, and I always make an effort to treat anyone in that role with kindness and respect. That’s why I feel the need to share my recent disappointing experience. I received a confirmation call for my dental appointment, which I accepted. During that call, the first receptionist informed me that I could cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment without issue.
