Horrible front desk and billing! Kept messing up the appointments, and sending extra charges called “adjustments” without any reasons, and the stupid billing system kept sending notifications that we still owe hundreds of dollars where the bill was paid in full on site! They admitted it is their system error and ask us to ignore the message but months later I am still getting the message. Dr Gan, if you see this, you will need to seriously considering firing your front desk and billing person! They are driving your patients ... read more
We had an issue with the office recently after visiting for years. It was unfortunate and won't be going anymore. We found out that the office is not honest with insurance claims and doesn't seem to care when we brought the issue into their attention.
