The doctor is one of the best I have been to. Compassionate and listens very well. Does not give up on your issues. However, her staff is the WORST. With script in hand I was told to call back in a few days for my CT referral. I was in severe pain. I have now been calling 8 days! Leaving messages with staff and on machine. NOBODY calls me back. Treats me like he really cares and knows more than most specialist. Very kind and explains, takes at lea a 1/2 an hour. 15byrs been a patient...prices are very heap and haven't changed in a long time. Everyone I have recommended loves him and keeps him as his Dr.
I didnt see this doctor so I cannot do a review on her. Im sure she is great. First of all I called before coming and was informed by the answering service that there hours on Saturday were from 8-2pm. I get there at 8am to find that the place actually opens on Saturday at 9am. I finally got to see a doctor an hour and 20 min later. I told the front desk AND THE DOCTOR about the answering service giving out incorrect information on the hours and they both looked as if they could not care less. When I arrived for my first visit as a new patient, the wait wasn't too long once I filled out the initial paperwork, and most of the staff was pleasent. However, once the nurse sat me in the Dr.'s Office, it was over an HOUR before the Dr. even saw me. When I explained this to her and showed my frustration, she didn's say anything. Not even an apology for the wait. I felt like more of a number than an actual patient. I will NOT be going back to this office for future visits.
Dr. P uses a common sense approach to medicine, taking into consideration the whole picture when evaluating symptoms. He only orders necessary tests and prescribes the most effective treatments at the least expensive cost, when possible. The staff is attentive and every effort is made to accomodate patient scheduling needs.
I think all the staff in Dr. Pavlinec has very a bad attitude and don't do their job!! The best thing for this office is to get all new staff, professional and know what they're doing. I hope Dr. Pavlinec know what is going on in the office.
Dr. Hoffberger is compassionate and takes the time to listen and hear what you're saying. I'm so happy to have found him.
Dr. Robinson is a great doctor. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and has me feeling better and doing more than i have been able to do in years!
moved to pompano in 1976 found Dr. P in 77 he has taken care of me and my then new borns... all in an overly extraordinary way his care and prognosis is great and right on the mark each time, he takes his time you are not a number...... now he is taking care of my childrens children..so i guess you can say hes on third generation in my family.... the best!!! i now live in port saint lucie an hour and half away and we stil go to him..my son in ocala and daughter in boca..still see him...tried others closer but...all returned ... read more
