They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I've been going to this Provider office for decades and will return by default. When they're busy the experience is frustrating; when they aren't overwhelmed, the experience is satisfactory to very good.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
