Non Professional, long waiting times to get in to see the Doctor, not enough qualified staff, lack of communication, non responsive waiting for answers and or referrals,
Horrible staff. You will never hear back from them and they will just give you the run around. Don't waste your time.
Dr. Virtusio always listened and worked with me on my health issues. She is knowledgeable and also willing to try something different if something is not working. Sounds obvious, but doctors do not always do that. She treats her patients like they also have a brain. She even did things like B12 shots. Her staff was always wonderful. I would even bring them figs from my tree when I had my old house. Multiple poor performance issues by the administrative staff - specifically Jennifer this time. No returned phone calls. No follow-through with Lab order faxes to Imaging Provider. Incorrect diagnostic codes on Lab order requiring multiple physical drives to Imaging provider as well as Dr's Office. Unprofessional Staff chit-chat while ignoring patients awaiting to pay bills. Happy with the Doctor, but planning on changing privder if office manager fails to employee discipline.
She is friendly and knowledgeable but the wait time has to be the worst my family and I have ever been to. This first appointment was over an hour quit but I figured it was because I was a new patient, after the second appointment it seems to be the norm. The staff was dry and did not offer any updates or even spoke to me. I could not bear to waste anymore of my time so I walked out of the waiting room. I will never go back or recommend her to anyone I know.
