I always ignored the awful attitude and rude condescending behavior of the office manager lady from day one because I felt that’s her problem not mine and Dr Morrison was good. Even paid higher monthly premiums to keep him as my pcp. But after several years as a patient, I was told at my last visit I’d have to pay a large fee for my first cancelled appointment (due to a condition the doctor knows and treats me for). The black office manager needs customer service training. I dread having have a conversation with her because she behaves as if you are bothering her to do her job. I need to get a new PCP.
