Wow, I unfortunately have to agree with the other reviews that this dentist is from a different era and possibly one that didn't include billing. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. I was initially really excited to find this clearly old-fashioned dentist in my neighborhood. The office personnel seemed truly shocked to see a new customer, and based on their reactions and same-day availability, I suspected my first appt that I'd walked into some type of trap. Like the last person said - DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other dentists that can take care of you. Dr. Delorie is unprofessional - this is not a modern dentist office. I got a crown at a different dentist (that went out of business) and it was bothering me so I called around and this was the first dentist that would see me. I gave Delorie my insurance and he assured me (multiple times) that he accepted it. The dentist is older and likes to have his music blaring in the room. DO NOT GO HERE! I tried to use this dentist after reading two good reviews and seeing they were in my neighborhood. I called to see if they took my insurance and asked again upon arrival. They told me each time they would "take care of it". This should have been my red flag but instead I proceeded to get my teeth x-rayed and cleaned. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $400 and an explanation that they don't in fact take my insurance. Furthermore, they do not use digital records and cannot take digital payments. Very friendly staff. Clean and safe environment. Dr. Delorie always makes sure you know the plan and understand and agree before moving forward with any procedures. Very confident in all the work I have recieved!
