After a cancer diagnosis, Dr. Baumann spent one hour with us. He explained all options and opinions. Because I work at a doctor's office was very, very impressed with the time given to us. He went above and beyond what I have seen other doctors do and I have tons of contact with doctors.(We have a daughter who had twenty one surgeries already). Most doctors are abrupt or dismissive...he is neither...Thank God!
Other related information. Late in 2008 NYS Dept of Health cited IHA for article 44 title 10. A patients medical records were amended at WNYUA 13 months after the last date of service. IHA failed to notify the patient at peer review. Aetna reopened a complaint against the doctor in September of 2008. More information was received.
Dr. Baumann is a very kind person but, that does not make a good doctor. Or perhaps, a female would have a different perspective than a male.1st strike, Dr.Baumann performed a female clinical procedure without my permission. A RN was a wittiness to the event.
