I am absolutely appalled by how this office conducts itself. After paying $5,500, I simply requested an itemized receipt for my records. Not only was I refused, but when I politely asked the office manager for her name, she hung up on me. When I called back, the staff repeatedly picked up the phone only to immediately place me on hold. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a medical office.
