I’ve been a patient of Dr. Blaum’s for just over two years now, receiving cortisone injections as well as surgery for arthritis in my thumb. Throughout that time, he seemed knowledgeable about his trade and professional with his interactions. During the last two appointments I found him to be dismissive of my concerns regarding the healing of my thumb post-surgery. Fabulous Doc!! Great office visits, great staff. Surgery went perfect!!
Never made it past the front desk. Apparently, she was by herself and having a bad day. This was 9:15. The office opened at 9am. The office was absolutely filthy and smelled very bad. This would have been my first visit, but due to the unsanitary condition of the waiting room, and the rude behavior, I opted out. Thank you for your response. However the odor was not from cleaning supplies. And the filthy carpet? I have pictures. Your filthy waiting room was my first impression. It is everyone's first impression! Dr. Blaum is not only an incredible Doctor, but also a true humanitarian with a wonderful sense of humor. He welcomed us as though he’d known as for years. He took the time to make us feel completely comfortable in a miserable situation. He explained everything, and answered any questions we had.
