Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Blaum and we both think the world of him and highly recommend him. However, he needs a new billing company. After over 2 years, my husband got a letter from a collection agency that he owes $496 from service provided over 2 years ago. He has Medicare and AARP, which should have covered it. I was extremely disappointed in this doctor. I had heard good things so I went. He looked at my shattered knuckle and said he didn't know what to do. He would call his mentor and get back with me. So, I made another appointment and he had NOT called his mentor and told me the same thing. Just to come back. The third time I went back...unbelievably he told me the SAME thing.
