Had a laparoscopic lingual hernia repair with Dr. Louie-Marc Contreras in July of 2025. Surgery went smoothly. No complications and 5 months later I have been back to running, weight lifting, and staying fit and active. Within 3 weeks of my surgery I was walking over a mile. Kept it low and slow to ensure no issues with mesh placement. Male, 30s, healthy weight. He did a great job. Was great with communication and follow up.
