I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bandeen and his team at Bandeen Orthodontics. I was a patient of the previous orthodontist here, who told me what I wanted to achieve with my smile was impossible, and even laughed at me. Very hard to get ahold of anyone when I call the office, two weeks of phone calls and still not able to speak to anyone about my childs treatment plan and course of action. Very frustrating
Just a huge shout out and THANKS to the team at Bandeen for superior customer service. Integrations are hard, and you helped tremendously.
We started with Dr. Chumra and had a wonderful experience. Since it has switched to the Bandeen’s, we have had terrible communication. My husband and I have left numerous messages and emails, which have not received replies. We paid a lot of money and feel completely ignored. We are currently looking for recommendations and hope to switch to a new provider office soon. It’s been very disappointing.
