I had a mixed experience at this office. The orthodontist and orthodontic assistant were excellent—both treated me with respect, were professional, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. However, my interaction with the receptionist left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I had left work to come to my appointment, and I work at a marijuana grow facility. Very decorative and the workers are very nice and educated
They refused to give me a lower cost less dangerous treatment, despite agreeing there wasn't any chance of harm from trying that option first. They would only offer an invasive treatment with a cost of $10,000
Marshall is so lucky to welcome Bandeen Orthodontics to town!!! My twins are starting their braces journey and they are so excited! Drs. Tim and Emily are platinum standard, and Karla and the staff at the office are amazing!!! Thank you for being so kind, caring, professional and amazing at what you do!
