Orthodontist was nice but hygenist Krista super rude. I asked the length of time to see the ortho because he was running behind + I was post night shift. She waved my retainer bag in my face basically saying I can go without being seen. Super passive aggressive and honestly caught me off guard to be talked to like that by a 20yr old. Like I said, ortho seemed nice but if I had acted like that in my job I’d be fired lol

I highly recommend this clinic 100%. Dr. Lorne Kamelchuk is a top-level professional. The staff is always polite. Appointments are always on time. My son has braces, and we’re already halfway through the treatment. We’re very happy with the results.

I could not be happier with the treatment I received at Dr. Kamelchuck’s office. Dr. Kamelchuk did an absolutely outstanding job straightening my teeth. He answered all of my questions every step of the way. I completely understood the details of the treatment plan. Invisalign is definitely the way to go. We have been with Dr. Kamelchuk for many years. One of our children started to see him when he was 7 and now he's 16. We used to appreciate him a lot but over the years we started to feel uncomfortable to recommend our friends to him any more. We have had many visits in the clinic so far since our chid has been wearing braces. But almost each time we have an new assistant to do the work , who is not only new to the clinic but also new to the industry ( as you can tell by how they do their work). Terrible experience here at Dr. Lorne Kamelchuk Orthodontics clinic. Firstly, lorne kamelchuk spends a couple of minutes to check up on teeth but that was always accompanied by a half hour or more of waiting before each appointment. One of the dental assistants, a caucasian woman approximately in her forties, I observed to be extremely nasty and rude.
