I really hesitated to write this review because I thought of going back for a possible revision, but I don’t want to put myself through what I went through again. The office staff was very kind. At first, Dr. Travers seemed pretty nice herself when she gave me a phone call to push up my appointment to an earlier date. The day of my Lasik procedure, that’s when everything went south. Dr Travers and her staff are very responsive and helpful. I felt like all I had to do was dial the phone, and could obtain an answer to my every question!
