Been coming to Dr Redas for over 30 years and was nervous when he was retiring. Thought Dr. Turnock was only sports medicine, but he said no I can see her for anything just like him. Was so at ease, knowing that and now wish I had been seeing her much longer, when Dr Reda was too busy. Dr. Turnock is the embodiment of a great doctor. Her bedside manner is flawless, her approach is gentle and professional (my kids love her), and going the extra mile for her patients is normal. She has always been attentive, efficient and on time. We explain our complaints, she listens, tells us in detail what she plans to do and why. I've had several doctors during my life, but no one even comes close to her. I cannot say enough good things about her.
First I would like to compliment the staff. What a great group. This was my first visit to their office. As a healthcare professional, this was really my first experience on the other side of things. These guys are great. Super friendly, patient and AWESOME with discussing paperwork. Thank you guys. Dr. Turnock spent a ton of time with me, very thorough, friendly and compassionate. May be the best healthcare experience I ever had. She is AMAZING, bedside manner is perfect!
