Dr. Maran has been my doctor for the past 11 years. I've always found her to be very professional. I appreciate her insight, and her compassion to my chronic disease. She is quick to respond to any challenges that arise. A great doctor!
Dr. Maran's treatment of my condition made me feel like she couldn't care less about me. Within the first two appointments, she sat me down and said I will never live without pain and shouldn't have hope that something will give me a "cure," and while that may be true, telling that to a (back then) 20 year old patient that's nervous about what a condition will do to them is not professional. I have seen Dr Maran for well over 7 years. And could not ask for more or better service and care from a provider. Dr Maran has constantly and always gone out of her way to ensure that my well being is being tended to. She always shows genuine consideration for my best interests. I am so appreciative of her guidance and advice.
Extremely disappointed does not even begin to describe my experience here. A bit of a back story to give this some context - back in January I had three missed appointments with Dr. Maran. I had just switched to overnights at my job and was still grappling with the schedule change, and slept through my alarms. Also, I was dealing with my ailing father and had to make an emergency trip to Texas unexpectedly.
