Dr. Lori King charged both my husband and I a fee of $139 to have an introduction appointment, which is not covered. We were required to have it prior to making our annual appointments. During our annual she ran several tests on both my husband and myself that were not covered by our insurance company because there were no medical issues. It cost us hundreds of dollars.
