I was very disappointed in the digital visit experience. I was also very upset that the onsite technician could not get it through his head that I am blind in my right eye. At one point he thought it was my left eye I was blind in. He also did not seem to know how to compensate for the fact that I was not able to see the green X with my right eye in one of the tests. I will not be doing a digital exam ever again.
The doctor was really patient with my 4 year olds eye exam. Im sure its not easy when people bring in the younger kids.
