I went to Grin Eye Care in Olathe for an eye injury in Feb 2020. It was a serious injury and I was impressed on the first visit. They got me right in, took care of me and were personable, caring and considerate. WELL, that changed on the visit 2 days later for a follow-up visit. I was not a difficult patient on that first visit so there was no reason to change towards me.
