I only gave it one star cause I had to in order to write this review. My appointment was at 2:00pm I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. X-rays were done by 2:26pm sat in the chair and waited for the hygienist till 3:00pm then was told the doctor would be in well 3:35 still no doctor so I walked out. They had the audacity to ask me if I would like to reschedule! I will never go back there and if your time is valuable I suggest you don’t either. 2 hours of my life I can’t get back SMDH!!
They tell you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment just to make you wait 30 minutes or more past your scheduled slot. I bet they would've cancelled on me had I said I was going to be 30 mins late. Thanks but no thanks, I can waste my time elsewhere and perhaps find a dentist that will adhere to their appointment times.
