Dr cohen is a great doctor. She takes my many health concerns seriously and I am very happy with her care
Staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Dr. Cohen thinks she knows it all, refuses to listen, and isn’t bothered by her horrible staff. She pretends to act concerned, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Don't know why I did not review before. She's the best doctor I've ever been to, hands down. She took the time to hear me out and went the extra mile to try and figure out what was wrong. She left no stone unturned. I haven't been a patient recently as we've moved to Florida but, after seeing many doctors since, I realize the value of having a great doctor.
Dr. Cohen and Dr. Stevens are fantastic. They were there for me when I had a stroke several years ago. I agree with everyone their staff is rude, oblivious, unprofessional and are texting. I hate calling for an appointment. They do have a great addition to the staff, Dwayne is fantastic and professional! When I speak with him, he helps BIG TIME. Dr. Cohen and Dr. Stevens, get more Dwayne's!!!! I would give you 5 stars if those little girls you have at the front desk would become adults already!
