We have used Donaldson for years and we were satisfied. However, this month he installed a new sink and faucet and a water filter. Originally over the phone, he said installation for sink is $600 and faucet, $100. He later billed me $1300 saying materisls and labor were more than expected. He said his guys spent over 3 hours installing everything. His guys were here 2 hours and 40 minutes not over 3 hours. I have used Donaldson's Plumbing for about 15 years or so. All I can say is that I highly recommend them. It's hard these days to find an honest, reasonable plumber (or any licensed pro to be honest). Donaldson has done a great job on a few projects/repairs and their rates are fair and reasonable. I recommended them to a friend last week, and was happy to hear the same from him. Again, highly recommend these guys.
I had the good fortune of having Scott Donaldson and Scott Donaldson Jr. address my plumbing issues. 5 Star service as skilled professionals. Fortunate to have them locally and quick response always brings relief. Recently I had open-heart surgery and the Donaldsons were empathetic . I recommend them highly! Stan Jaffe -Montville
