The office isn't the nicest people around but Dr Say is very caring and takes the time to make sure that the patient is comfortable and in good hands. Thanks Dr Say!!
I missed an appointment because I was super busy with school. I don't live close to her office and now I'm very busy with work. I tried calling many times, left voice mails, and they only ever tried to call me once, but I was unfortunately working. Its been like 3 months since I missed my appointment. It's ridiculous.
Front desk lady Lupe I believe her name is was very rude every time I visit for an appointment. This Pacific Day (May 3, 2022) she was very unprofessional yelling at me about something that was so small that she easily could’ve handled In seconds. I was trying to be very professional with her and I had asked her if she will let me speak for myself and her response was that she is going to continue to talk over me. Doctor Say is a sweetheart & a very great orthodontist however, they do take in so many patients, they are always very busy, never answer the phone or call back when you leave a VM & the lady at the front desk is super rude.
I loved Dr. Say’s services, she is very patient and explains everything very well. Braces are very affordable compared to other places. Will be taking all of my kids here when they need braces.
She works 3 days a week and its impossible to call and make any appointments because it seems she only has one line or the phone is off the hook purposely and I cant ever seem to get a hold of her. When the phone has rang I left a message and never got a call back! I work in healthcare so getting something scheduled in the 3 days they provide is absolutely hard.
