After seeing a few truly bad doctors in the Raleigh area, I'm so glad to have found Dr Tibbles! She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my medical history, and actually paid attention to test results and medications. I hope she sticks around for a long time!
Dr. Tibbles was on call for my primary physician. I had an error on my prescription that had been sent to the pharmacy earlier. A quick call to the pharmacy could have resolved the issue, however, she was unwilling to help. I was trying to understand why and was asking some questions and she hung up on me. She was very cold and rude. I have never seen this physician personally but if she treats her patients like she did me I would keep looking for another physician. My rating for her is a O.
