I'm a new patient and arrived on time for my appointment. The office staff were great. Dr. Childress left me waiting for over an hour in the room. I explained it was a terrible first impression he didn't seem to care much. His bedside manner was lacking at best and didn't seem very interested in anything I brought to his attention about my medical history. I’d have to say that every time I visited the office my appointment has been later than previously discussed. Also not a very warm fuzzy feeling and understanding of condition by Dr. Changing my primary physician to someone else. Miss handled scheduling for preop. I would give this zero stars if possible. Reception and technicians are very friendly and nice, the doctor sucks though.
I see Dr. Childress every 3 months. I don’t wait very long, and he’s helped me quickly resolve 2 separate issues that my gynecologist missed. He’s very thorough.
Office staff, great. Doctor on the other hand, he doesn't talk much, and his bedside manner could use some work. The past 2 appointments we arrived on time but waited for over an hour each. He definitely takes his time sending off and signing referrals and prescriptions. Obviously, I'm not a doctor, but I'm sure a rating of 1.9 isn't great ....
Dr. Childress is a fantastic physician ! He has been treating both my disabled daughter Jennifer Gradowski and myself as well as my husband for several years. Dr. Childress listens, gives excellent medical advice and deserves a lot of credit ! His staff is very helpful and always performs their best. Five Stars !
