Unnecessary called and charged 80$ just to read my normal blood test report.
Upon calling naturally it goes straight to prerecorded message. The message is NOT recognizing my push button choices. I've tried ALL. You would think that eventually it would recognize this and kick me to a human, but it doesnt. Same message over and over and over until you hang up. No other numbers listed.
