Absolutely the worst medical experience I have had in my entire life. Entire nursing/front desk staff do not care. Doctor does not provide adequate care. Waited nearly 3 weeks for a form to be filled out, only to receive it filled out incorrectly. Dropped paperwork off to have it redone...did not hear anything for over 3 weeks. Tried calling only to be met with an AI bot that "sent a message over", but when I went into the office, they said they had received no messages. Saw Dr early April and prescribed new medication. He seemed dismissive during appt but he had great feedback online. I thought just a busy day and it will be better. I asked front desk if I could call if I had a reaction from new medications I could call because I have complicated medical history.They said yes. So I called because I became very dehydrated. I called 3 times and they never got back to me. I'm tired of chasing down Pcp so I switched. It's very sad.
Dr Mangino is a very good Dr but the problem is the front desk lady, his nurse and the “office manager”. I’m waiting on his office to send my medical records to Evicore to get a prior authorization for a CT scan for more than a week. I called his office for several days but they don’t have a direct ph, scheduling department sent them several messages and nothing was done.
