Passing thru town, I had what I thought was a cavity that needed attention. I was booked for the time and date I requested, only offered x-rays relevant to my tooth, and my issue was handled quickly and efficiently. None of the expected… “ you’re not a patient here”. You need a full set of x-rays”. “You have to come back for a follow-up appointment”. None of that. Sometimes you only need to look someone in the eye and share a firm handshake to know you’ve met a stand-up-guy.
