Dr.Worsham always takes time to answer any questions that I might have. I recommend her to friends and family.
This was my initial appointment with Dr. Worsham, so I have not met her, but based on my experience getting checked in to my first appointment after driving an hour in the rain, leaving my two small kids, taking time off work, I was told I had to reschedule when I was 13 minutes late. After I apologized and asked if she was serious, the receptionist let me know there was a 10 minute policy, but this was the first I had heard of such policy. Insurance changed, and we're very happy to be back with Dr. Lora Worsham and Crystal. Great internist, very knowledgeable, and professional. Personal follow-up from Crystal on labs. Highly recommend.
Vickie Conley here. You should use someone else at this practice or go somewhere else. She has a cold disapproval demeanor, does not pay attention to what you say, and does not follow up when you ask for clarification on bad test results.
Don't understand negative reviews. It also took me 2 months to get in, but - everywhere, too few doctors and an overload of patients is hard for everyone! Dr. Worsham is reserved but very professional. Had zero problems talking with her about issues; she was able to resolve one issue immediately by suggesting different prescription - something my prior P/C failed to do. I recommend her, assuming her current patient load allows new patients.
