Years ago she was a veterinarian in Jackson. My dog tore his ACL, and she kept insisting he had a sprain. Over a month he kept getting worse until his leg was flopping from side to side. She still insisted he only had a sprain. I was always polite, and she finally became very angry, and approached me and got in my face while she spoke to me. best customer service. we brought our 6 puppies and mother. Tails docked nicely and we were treated great. 2nd visit, we brought 4 puppies and our 9 year old, again, excellent customer service and pricing
