Refused to help me. Took over a month to even get back to me. Poor excuse for a doctor. Thought doctors were to help people not turn them away!!!
I have never written an online review but this Very negative experience has changed that. Four months to get a bill which was initially miscoded and denied. up-charged and thus routine preventative labs were not covered despite making the appointment for a physical (which they changed and denied).
Friendly and caring office staff. Dr. Efaw and Priscilla are warm and friendly. They listen to the patient and offer natural supplements as options with/or instead of prescription medication. No long waits in packed waiting rooms. Any additional procedures (mammograms, xrays, lab work, etc) is usually scheduled before you leave the office, no waiting on a doctor to call you to set up an appointment.
