Nothing but drama at this office! the staff just won't stop talking about how much they hate Dr. Lopez, even around the patients. They are not shy from explaining every way in which he is a terrible manager and horrid excuse for a boss. Stay away from this office!
I have a huge fear of the dentist. In fact, I tend to avoid the dentist as much as possible, especially when I know I need to have work done. I knew that I needed a few fillings from my prior dentist in texas. I saw 5 star dental on Yelp and gave them a try. My initial visit was great. Everyone was very nice, and the office is very clean. so I skipped my biannual cleaning eight times. Teeth cleaning hurts me and I am not a frequent flosser. My Family and I go to Dr. Lopez and Dr. Rojas..The employees knew me by name even though its my first time here! And I got a GIFT!! I had the pleasure of getting a tour by Deborah. Amazing visit to the dentist. From the phone girl Mara to the Dr's.
Best office EVER!!!! I NEVER have to wait, they are ALWAYS on time!!! From the moment I walk in the door they take the time to know my name and offer me a friendly smile which puts me at easy (this is HUGE for a dental office, cause I'm a chicken). The girls in the back took the time to explain all proceduces and allow me to "bother" them with as many questions a I have (and I have alot). Dr Bonn and his staff have provided me with a very comfortable dental experience. I highly recommend his offfice for a great sense of comfort while in the chair.
