I had a very frustrating experience with this pulmonology office due to front office practices that created unnecessary barriers to care and poor communication. I arrived for a scheduled appointment to review my pulmonary function test results and discuss personal healthcare concerns. I did not have my physical insurance card because my renewed card is currently being mailed, which is common since insurance information changes annually. I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel for about 2 years after getting asthma & some sinus issues from long covid. Dr Patel never rushes me & always listens to any updates & takes the time to chat. We've worked together to find the right meds & I feel completely confident in her advice & guidance. I highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Dr. Lopa Patel is excellent . It's a very busy practice but she takes her time with you and is very thorough. Office staff is very busy but always tries to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Patel is top notch. My wait time was reasonable and her staff was friendly yet professional. I see Dr. Lopa Patel for my sleep apnea issues and she has been helpful in every way. All my visits have been consistantly the same, as good as a doctor visit could be. Thank you Dr. Lopa.
