I love dr Connie and her nurse. But the administrative staff needs some help.
While Dr Long, his nurse and Connie are super nice people I wouldn’t recommend this office. I have a lifelong chronic condition and after initial diagnosis(cause every new doctor insists on performing surgery to diagnose something I have years of records for) I was told, in so many words, that they weren’t going to offer any treatment options. I see Connie Lasley at Andalusia Urology. The office personnel, nurses, and anyone I've been treated by have a great professional demeanor, are kind and helpful. My appointments are convenient and timely.
My experience at Dr Long's office has been great.i love everyone there,they treat all with respect and are attentive to my needs answer all my questions.they give great care and are professional, courteous,and all of them have a caring heart for their patients.i would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
