If I could give 0, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. I was seen 3 times and was misdiagnosed over and over. No testing was done AT ALL. On my 4th visit (after being in severe pain because I wasn't getting better) I was told I had a $400 bill and was refused to be seen because of my balance when I never once got a bill. Wonderful experience. Everyone at Dr. barrow’s office has an attitude of commitment to service to the patient. It is so refreshing. I’ve been twice now and both times my appointment started exactly on time. :-) Dr. Barrow. Has both a great focus on the tasks at hand And patience to explain so a layman can understand. Both times I felt like I was the only patient he had and he Was totally committed to Working with me and not rushing off to the next patient Cubby. His associates share that commitment. I don't understand how anyone could give Dr Barrow anything less than 5 stars he's informative kind and tops in his profession and the office is wonderful and so patient and kind!!
Dr Lon Barrow and the staff are great, 5 stars.
Had a issue with my left ear. Unable to hear well. Dr Barrow was so understanding and when I needed to take a 2 min break he was more then willing. After 15 min I was able to hear completely and no pain. He was awesome. Thanks for putting up with a tuff patient.
